Official Website of the critically acclaimed Author

"There is no terror in the bang,

only in the anticipation of it."

                                                                  - Alfred Hitchcock

BIO

B. Michael Radburn has been writing successfully for decades with over a hundred short stories, articles and reviews published in Australia, the UK, France, and the United States. He was an award-winning short storyteller before his move to novels and screenplays, a move that freed him to further explore his characters, as well as the natural and supernatural environs in his work.

Amidst road trips on his Harley Davidson, and jamming with the local musicians, B. Michael Radburn is a family man, and enjoys farming his small Southern Highlands property where the hauntingly beautiful surrounds inspires his stories.

Radburn is the author of The Crossing (soon to be a feature film), Blackwater Moon, The Falls and Subterranean. 2021 will see the release of The Reach, his third novel in the Taylor Bridges series.

REVIEWS

... Atmospheric, emotional, poignant and tightly controlled, books from Radburn mark him out as an author to be watched.

AUST CRIME

Radburn is a master storyteller, slowly etching out his plot with deliberate patience while never slowing the pace … The tension builds from the opening scene and only increases as each thread of the story begins to merge and collide, culminating in a satisfying final showdown.

The fluid writing of B. Michael Radburn and his indisputable gift of suspense makes him an author to follow.
